Art Therapy
Through the media of fine art; painting, drawing, collage, sculpture and clay and other mixed mediums the client can explore their feelings, emotions and express themselves coming to a new knowing or insight.

All work is kept confidentially and the client has the option to take home the work or destroy it.

Using movement, visualisation and meditation to promote a positive safe state for the work to begin. Exploring issues through the mixed mediums incorporating traditional techniques such a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Somatic Therapy in a gentle safe environment working at the clients pace.
Child Centered Play Therapy
For children aged 3 - 12 Play Therapy offers a unique experience for the child to process their experiences in a safe and non-judgemental way. Through symbolic play and role-play, the child can work through and integrate their life experiences helping them to self-regulate and heal. General life changes
ADHD/Autism behaviours including PDA

Experience in medical trauma and foster care working with NDIS Clients.

'It takes approximately 400 repetitions to create a new synaptic pathway in the brain, unless it is done with play, in which case, it takes between 10 – 20 repetitions”. Dr Karyn Purvis

A symbolic evidence-based technique that can bring excellent results, reflecting life allowing the individual to remove obstacles or problems, resolve conflicts and gain acceptance of self.

Meditation, Visualisation and Somatic experience holding
Clients can experience a simple meditation or visualisation to help them relax and become grounded before working on goals.

Somatic holding and breathing techniques are taught for those who experience anxiety, stress, and/or trauma to create an inner calm.

In addition, music, dance, and movement are also modalities used during sessions.

Clients work setting their pace and working on what they are comfortable with.
