Meditation, Visualisation and Somatic experience holding

Clients can experience a simple meditation or visualisation to help them relax and become grounded before working on goals.

Somatic holding and breathing techniques are taught for those who experience anxiety, stress, and/or trauma to create an inner calm.

In addition, music, dance, and movement are also modalities used during sessions.
